چکیده
The 78 kDa glucose-regulated protein (GRP78) is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-resident molecular chaperone. GRP78 a member of the 70 heat shock family proteins involved in correcting and clearing misfolded ER. In response to cellular stress, escapes from ER moves plasma membrane where it (a) functions as receptor for many ligands, (b) behaves autoantigen autoantibodies that contribute human disease cancer. Cell surface (csGRP78) associates with major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC-I), port entry several viruses, including predictive binding novel SARS-CoV-2. Furthermore, csGRP78 found association partners diverse teratocarcinoma-derived growth factor 1 (Cripto), melanocortin-4 (MC4R) DnaJ-like MTJ-1. CsGRP78 also serves large variety ligands activated ?2 -macroglobulin (?2 M*), plasminogen kringle 5 (K5), microplasminogen, voltage-dependent anion channel (VDAC), tissue (TF), prostate apoptosis response-4 (Par-4). this review, we discuss mechanisms translocation cell surface, role secreted its cancer neurological disorders.

Stem Cell Therapy in Pediatric Neurological Disorders
Pediatric neurological disorders including muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, and spinal cord injury are defined as a heterogenous group of diseases, of which some are known to be genetic. The two significant features represented for stem cells, leading to distinguish them from other cell types are addressed as below: they can renew themselves besides the ability to differentiate into cells wi...

متن کاملMotor protein-dependent membrane trafficking of KCl cotransporter-4 is important for cancer cell invasion.
The KCl cotransporter (KCC) is a major determinant of osmotic homeostasis and plays an emerging role in tumor biology. This study stresses the important role of KCC4 in tumor malignant behavior. Real-time reverse transcription-PCR on samples collected by laser microdissection and immunofluorescent stainings with different KCC isoform antibodies indicate that KCC4 is abundant in metastatic cervi...
متن کاملIntegrins as receptor targets for neurological disorders.
This review focuses on the neurobiology of integrins, pathophysiological roles of integrins in neuroplasticity and nervous system disorders, and therapeutic implications of integrins as potential drug targets and possible delivery pathways. Neuroplasticity is a central phenomenon in many neurological conditions such as seizures, trauma, and traumatic brain injury. During the course of many brai...
متن کاملCell surface vimentin is an attachment receptor for enterovirus 71.
UNLABELLED Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is a highly transmissible pathogenic agent that causes severe central nervous system diseases in infected infants and young children. Here, we reported that EV71 VP1 protein could bind to vimentin intermediate filaments expressed on the host cell surface. Soluble vimentin or an antibody against vimentin could inhibit the binding of EV71 to host cells. Accompanie...
